Share Workflows in Seconds + Get Started Faster with Templates
Two new ways to move faster in Alli Workflows:
- Share any workflow via a simple URL
- Start from customizable workflow templates designed to get you halfway (or more!) to a working solution
What’s Changing
- Every workflow now has a Share option (in the three-dot menu or in the builder)
- Generates a URL you can paste into Slack, email, or docs
- When someone clicks the link:
- They choose a client (from clients they already have access to)
- A new copy of the workflow is created in their account
- Speeds up onboarding and handoffs
- Makes it easy to reuse workflows across clients
- Enables standardized starting points across your team
- Credentials, environment variables, and inputs do NOT copy over
- Custom code DOES copy, so avoid hardcoding anything sensitive
- The recipient must: add inputs to customize for their client or workflow, add their own credentials, and name & save their brand new workflow!
