ChatGPT Workflows Just Leveled Up: Easier Setup + File Embedding! 

Setting up ChatGPT in Alli Workflows is now smoother and smarter:

• No need for authentication—just plug and play!
• Insert file contents directly into your prompts! (.txt, .csv, .md)

Here's what you can do now:

• Insert file content (like a CSV, text file, or Markdown doc) directly into your ChatGPT prompt.
• Use file references like {{text:filename}} to embed your file content dynamically.
• Supported Templates:
  • Email: embed .txt into the message field
  • Slack: embed .txt into the message field
  • ChatGPT: embed .txt, .csv, and .md into prompts

This is part of a broader effort to remove friction in how you build Workflows—starting with credentials handled by Alli wherever possible. We’re listening to your feedback and working to rollout out improvements to other templates too and creating new ones to help you work faster & smarter (hello Google Sheets, Alli Data, Airtable, Slack & Email). We listened to your feedback—fixing errors in scheduled versions was too time-consuming, whether you had to edit in Google Ads and have assets fall out of sync between platforms, or deal with the complex process of duplicating and rescheduling in Alli PMax. So, we made it easier!

Now, if an error occurs (like an inactive YouTube link during asset rotation), you can make the necessary fixes directly in Alli PMax and resync. This improvement is designed to handle errors smoothly, without impacting live versions, so you can so you can get on with your day knowing your assets are running exactly as planned.
