💬📬 Upgrades in Alli Data and Workflows: Less Manual Work, More Automation

ChatGPT Workflows Just Leveled Up: Easier Setup + File Embedding! 

Setting up ChatGPT in Alli Workflows is now smoother and smarter:

  • No need for authentication—just plug and play!
  • Insert file contents directly into your prompts! (.txt, .csv, .md)

Here's what you can do now:

  • Insert file content (like a CSV, text file, or Markdown doc) directly into your ChatGPT prompt.
  • Use file references like {{text:filename}} to embed your file content dynamically.
  • Supported Templates:
    • Email: embed .txt into the message field
    • Slack: embed .txt into the message field
    • ChatGPT: embed .txt, .csv, and .md into prompts

This is part of a broader effort to remove friction in how you build Workflows—starting with credentials handled by Alli wherever possible. We’re listening to your feedback and working to rollout out improvements to other templates too and creating new ones to help you work faster & smarter (hello Google Sheets, Alli Data, Airtable, Slack & Email). Attachments + Links Now Supported in Email Datasource!

A major unlock just dropped: you can now pull links and attachments directly from emails into your Email Datasource.

  • This solves a big blocker for automating reports from vendors who send key info via email.
  • No more manual uploads—just make sure links are accessible without login!

Reminder: old versions of the Email Datasource will still work, but all new datasources will use the updated version. Check out the documentation here

Big news for Creative Insights fans—YouTube and Pinterest are officially in the mix! You asked for it, and we made it happen. 

This has been one of the most-requested expansions, and we’re thrilled to roll it out. 

- YouTube → Backfilled up to Nov 1, 2024 for all clients, with even more historical data in the works.
- Pinterest → Just log in with your authorized account in the settings page, and you're good to go!

All assets will populate in Creative Insights daily, with all features and functionality automatically available—no extra setup needed, just powerful insights at your fingertips.

Introducing Social Ad Bloat! 🚀

We’re excited to announce the launch of Social Ad Bloat, a powerful new marketplace app that will boost the productivity of social teams!🔅 

Give Social Ad Bloat a prompt that describes how you define underperforming ads, and it will use AI to scope them out for you and output its recommendations to a Google Sheet. After entering the prompt once, set the app to run on a schedule, and you will instantly have all of your underperforming ads flagged every time you need them! ⚡ 

It works with platform data as well as data from any analytics table you connect to it, simply by giving it the name of the table! In addition, V2 will introduce the ability to automatically pause the ads after QAing them via connection with Social Consolidation. 🔨
