During Code Freeze, our engineering teams temporarily halt the release of new features, and only essential updates will be implemented to ensure Alli runs smoothly through the holiday season.

And code freeze doesn’t just apply to code—it also includes onboarding! Code freeze timelines for submitting tickets, such as onboarding to Social Consolidation, creating new alerts, and requesting analytics or client site tags, are set to ensure ample time for setup, testing, and a stable holiday season for everyone.

• Bookmark the Alli Service Desk link so you can get Alli support easily during the holiday season
• Join the important Alli slack channels: #alli, #alli-”feature-name”
• Take advantage of office hours as needed to ask questions to the experts who can help automate and ease your Holiday season
• Just because it’s code freeze doesn’t mean the work is stopping, so continue attending sprint reviews to provide valuable feedback to the engineering teams and shape the future of features and improvements launching in 2025
